Summer holidays are just around the corner, which means kids will be out of school for a while! Finding ways to keep them busy can be a challenging, specially if you’re not travelling. However, the holidays can also be a good time to develop your child skills and teach them something new.

If you’re a working parent, you’re probably looking for a full day summer camp for your little one, which is why its best to start your search early. Make learning fun for your little one at the Safari Summer Adventure organized by Safari Kids Nursery Dubai. The program aims to develop and explore new skills and give your kids an understanding of  culture, food, arts & crafts, languages, science and history. Prices range from AED 650 to AED 750 per week.

Learn how to skate

Al Nasr Leisureland is hosting its 27th summer camp this year, offering activities such as swimming and skating sessions, cooking and baking classes, arts & craft, music, dance and more. Quran reading classes are also provided for Muslim kids. The camp starts at 9am to 1.3 pm. During lunch kids will enjoy a special kids menu and there’s a transport facility available at an additional cost. Prices range from AED 1,000 to AED 1,200 per month.

Fitness made fun

Enroll your kid into a fitness based summer camp at My Gym Children’s Fitness Center located in Al Wasl and Barsha. Activities include gymnastics, MMA, zumba, dance, yoga, games, art, and  science experiments. There’s also a separate class for toddlers between 18 months to 3 years. Timings are from 9am to 1pm and prices start at AED 850 per week

Get creative

This multi activity camp at M&S Sports comprises of five zones which includes creative, sports, imagination, game and splash zone for your kids to grow physically, socially and mentally. Activities include, athletics, swimming, board games, arts, drama, quizzes and more. Timings are from 9am to 2pm at three different venues; Safa Private School, Regent International School, Safa Community School. Prices start at AED 750 per week and don’t forget to ask about the 20% siblings discount.

For the athletic kids

E-Sports multi-activity summer camp offers more than 20 activities, with five activities each day across different venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Some of these include basketball, tennis, swimming, arts and crafts, football, fun games and more. Camp timings are from 8.45am to 1.30pm.  E-sport also offers a 20% siblings discount on the second and third child. Prices range between AED 360 to 820 per week depending upon the venue you opt for.
