How do you activate or deactivate Etisalat Unlimited Social Data Package?

Etisalat customers can get the Unlimited Social Data Package through which you can access social applications such as Facebook, Twitter, BBM, and WhatsApp. Under the Unlimited Social Data Package, you have two payment options to choose from. Customers can either subscribe to the the Daily Social Package or the Monthly Social package. The Daily Social Package will cost you AED 2 day, whereas the Monthly Social Package will cost you AED 49 per month. How do you use Etisalat hotspots?

There are multiple Etisalat network hotspots in the UAE available to subscribers and non subscribers. When you are out and about,  use your device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) to search for an Etisalat network in range. Once you have located an Etisalat network, it will automatically take you to a landing page through your device browser. Here you will be able to connect to the available wifi.

As a user you might have to pay to use the service. There will be multiple payment options depending on whether you are a light or heavy user and if you are a short-term user. For example, GSM postpaid customers will get charged AED 5 for the first 30 minutes of usage followed by AED 10. Prepaid customers will get charged AED 5 every 30 minutes. Customers can also purchase prepaid cards to use this service.

How can I redeem my Mashreq Etisalat Points?

Customers of Etisalat Mashreq credit cards will earn Etisalat Reward Points whenever they use their credit card. How many points a customer earns depends on the kind of card they have. Customers can than redeem these points for Etisalat services – these include bill payments and recharges such as more talk-time, recharge cards and more data time. You can also redeem points for purchases at the Etisalat e-shop.

To redeem Etisalat points  sign up on www.etisalatrewards.ae using your valid Etisalat number. You then create an account where you can keep track of points earned and redeem them for Etisalat services or at partner outlets.
