Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB)’s customers are most likely to recommend their bank to family or friends.
Some 35 percent of ADIB’s customers are happy with their bank – of those, 37 percent say that’s down to customer service, 35 percent because of how many branches it has and 15 percent because of its range of products.
That wins ADIB the Souqalmal.com People’s Choice Award for 2014.
The award is based on a poll of 6,000 Souqalmal.com users, who were asked which bank they banked with and whether they would recommend them.
Ambareen Musa, founder and CEO of Souqalmal.com, commented: “This award is a result of our annual survey of UAE residents to measure customer sentiment. The results show that ADIB is doing something right on the customer service front.”
