King Khan is not new to the real estate market in the UAE. In fact, last month, the Kal Ho Naa Ho actor launched a AED 2.3 million real estate project called The Royal Estates in Dubai. Shilpa Shetty

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, well known for her appearance in Big Brother, was gifted an apartment in Dubai by her husband, Raj Kundra, for their first anniversary. The apartment is on 19th floor of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, and is bound to be a popular holiday home for the couple.

Bollywood’s most famous power couple, Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan are the proud owners of a villa in Sanctuary Falls. The community has villas with four to six bedrooms, and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Remember, this is a rough estimate, your loan amount is dependent on other factors such as salary and place of work. The calculations are based on a fixed rate for a 20 year mortgage for the first two years and variable for the rest of the period.
